Really enjoyed our stay the staff were amazing. Couple of things the shower screen didn’t fit tight on the bath therefore water went all over the floor, no toilet brush, no water glasses only the ones in the bathroom. Other than that everything was fine. Would recommend. Had lunch it was very nice and the bar in the evening was really nice staff very welcoming. Breakfast lots to choose from.

Had a great stay at the Hyatt Regency London – The Churchill. The staff were professional and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. Would definitely stay here again.
